988 Lifeline

These counselors are trained to provide free and confidential emotional support and crisis counseling to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress, and connect them to resources. These services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, across the United States.”

Strong Memorial Hospital's AIDS Center gained designation as a center for excellence in HIV/AIDS Care by the New York State Department of Health in 1987. This designation allows for increased services, coordinated care, and a wide range of programs that would otherwise be unavailable.The AIDS Center is dedicated to providing high quality, comprehensive, multidisciplinary care to persons living with HIV and their families. The Center also offers support systems in both inpatient and outpatient settings. These services are provided across a number of programs. 311 Call Center The City's 311 Call Center accepts video relay calls and also offers TTY/TRS at 711. Our representatives are here to provide citizens with immediate access to the City government and all its services. The number 311 works within city limits.
